240 ILCS 10/20.1: Grandfathered rules.

Rules promulgated by the Illinois Department of Agriculture under this Act shall remain valid until amended or repealed by the Commission. All references in those rules to the "Department" shall, on and after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly, be deemed references to the "Commission". All references in those rules to the "Director" shall, on and after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly, be deemed references to the "Executive Director of the Commission.
