240 ILCS 30/7: Transfer of food to another warehouse.

It is unlawful to transfer any article of food, alcoholic liquor, drug, medical device or cosmetic for salvage from one salvage warehouse or salvage warehouse store to another within the State of Illinois if such transfer is made for the purpose of avoiding the provisions of Section 6 of this Act.
