25 ILCS 115/4.2

No authorization by any member of the General Assembly shall be made for any person who is the spouse, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, brother, sister, first cousin, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, or daughter-in-law of the member authorizing payment.
