25 ILCS 130/3-1

The Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability is hereby established as a legislative support services agency. The Commission is subject to the provisions of this Act and shall perform the powers and duties delegated to it under "An Act creating the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability", approved July 13, 1972, as amended, and such other functions as may be provided by law.
