All moneys received pursuant to the federal Community Services Block Grant shall be deposited into the Community Services Block Grant Fund and used for the purposes permitted under the Grant. All money received from the federal Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program under the federal Consolidated Appropriations Act and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 shall be deposited into the Community Services Block Grant Fund and used for the purposes permitted under the Program and any related federal guidance.
