State Finance Act.

Appropriations for the purses for certain Illinois State Fair races and certain Illinois county fair races established by Section 31 of the "Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975", certified December 22, 1975, as amended, and the salaries of the investigators established by Section 33 of such Act are payable from the Illinois Standardbred Breeders Fund.
