30 ILCS 105/8.2

Appropriations for the distribution of the common school fund to the several counties and for the payment of expenses of regional superintendents of schools and the amount to be paid into the Illinois State teachers' pension and retirement fund and for the refund of excess taxes paid into the common school fund are payable from the common school fund.
