30 ILCS 105/8.57: Transfers to the BRIDGE Fund.

- State Finance Act.
Notwithstanding any other State law to the contrary, on the effective date this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly or as soon thereafter as is practical, but in no circumstance later than July 31, 2025, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the following amounts from the funds specified to the Budget Reserve for Immediate Disbursements and Governmental Emergencies Fund:
