CHAPTER 30 FINANCE
School Construction Bond Act.

After December 1, 1984 no additional bonds shall be issued or sold pursuant to this Act; instead all State of Illinois general obligation bonds shall be issued and sold pursuant to the "General Obligation Bond Act".
