30 ILCS 538/1-70: Capital Development Board consultation.

The Capital Development Board shall consult with the applicable chief procurement office to determine which procedures to adopt and apply to the progressive design-build project delivery method in order to ensure an open, transparent, and efficient process that accomplishes the purposes of this Act.
