State Property Control Act.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the Department of Veterans' Affairs may transfer any property under $100 in value that was donated to the Department for the explicit benefit of the residents of facilities operated by the Department under the Nursing Home Care Act to any civic organization.
