30 ILCS 710/3-2

For the purposes of this Article only, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms used herein shall have the following meanings:

(a) "Board" means any Regional Correctional Facilities Advisory Board established pursuant to this Act.

(b) "Department" means the Department of Corrections.

(c) "Regional Correctional Facilities" means detention facilities used by two or more counties.
