30 ILCS 720/7: Rules and regulations of the department.

In order to effectuate and enforce the provisions of this Act, the Department may adopt necessary rules and regulations and prescribe procedures in order to assure compliance by industrial development agencies in carrying out the purposes for which grants may be made hereunder.
