CHAPTER 30 FINANCE
Downstate Public Transportation Act.

Beginning July 1, 1992, every participant, as defined in Section 2-2.02 (1)(a), shall require all gasoline burning motor vehicles operated under its jurisdiction to use, if capable, fuel containing ethanol blended gasoline.
