30 ILCS 750/10-10: Federal Programs.

The Department is authorized to accept and expend federal monies pursuant to this Article except that terms and conditions hereunder which are inconsistent with or prohibited by the federal authorization under which such monies are made available shall not apply with respect to the expenditure of such monies.
