30 ILCS 772/5: Grant program.

The Director of Public Health shall establish a long-term care grant program that brings the best practices and innovation in long-term care and services to residents of facilities licensed under the Nursing Home Care Act, and facilities that are in receivership, that are in areas the Director has determined are without access to high-quality nursing home care.
