30 ILCS 805/8.20: Exempt mandates.

Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 89-510, 89-513, 89-514, 89-606, 89-617, 89-643, 89-671, 89-683, 89-690, or 89-705.
