State Mandates Act.

Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 92-505, 92-533, 92-599, 92-602, 92-609, 92-616, 92-631, 92-705, 92-733, 92-767, 92-779, 92-844, or 92-846.
