State Mandates Act.

Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 97-30, 97-87, 97-99, 97-272, 97-319, 97-326, 97-328, 97-415, or 97-609.
