CHAPTER 30 FINANCE
State Mandates Act.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State shall be required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Acts 84-11, 84-159, 84-1010, 84-1028 and 84-1104.
