CHAPTER 305 PUBLIC AID
Energy Assistance Act.

Subject to appropriations made by the General Assembly, the Department is authorized to expend monies from the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Block Grant Fund for the purpose of providing assistance pursuant to Section 6 of this Act.
