305 ILCS 5/10-17.8: New birth certificate.

The Illinois Department shall notify the Department of Public Health of a final determination of parentage and a voluntary acknowledgment of paternity made under the rules authorized by Section 10-17.7, and the Department of Public Health shall issue a new certificate of birth pursuant to Section 17 of the Vital Records Act.
