305 ILCS 5/10-9: Alternative Actions to Enforce Support.

If a responsible relative fails or refuses to furnish support, or contributes less than the amount indicated by the determination, the administrative enforcement unit shall take action to enforce support in accordance with Section 10-10 or Section 10-11.
