305 ILCS 5/12-19.3: Information to committee.

The County Department shall furnish each member of the County Welfare Services Committee, upon such member's request, a copy of the existing regulations and of all changes of regulations pertaining to any of the public aid programs, and of rulings handed down by the Illinois Department or the courts on review, affecting or interpreting such regulations.
