305 ILCS 5/12-4: Powers and duties of the Illinois department.

In addition to the powers, duties and functions vested in it by other provisions of this Code or by other laws of this State, the Illinois Department shall have the powers enumerated in Sections 12-4.1 to 12-4.30, inclusive, subject to the conditions therein stated.
