305 ILCS 5/5-30b: Exemptions from managed care; ground ambulance services.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, beginning on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly, the Department shall exempt ground ambulance services as described in subsections (c-1) and (c-2) of Section 5-4.2. These services shall continue to be paid under the State's traditional fee-for-service program.
