305 ILCS 5/5-5.4j: ID/DD targeted Medicaid rate enhancement.

Within 30 days after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly, the Department shall increase the Medicaid per diem rate by $21.15 for facilities with more than 16 beds licensed by the Department of Public Health under the ID/DD Community Care Act located in the Department of Public Health's Planning Area 7-B.
