CHAPTER 305 PUBLIC AID
Rebuild Illinois Mental Health Workforce Act.

The purpose of this Act is to preserve and expand access to Medicaid community mental health care in Illinois to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and avoid the criminalization of mental health conditions.
