- Housing Authorities Act.
An Authority may, in connection with the borrowing of funds, or otherwise, enter into any agreement with the federal government or any agency or instrumentality thereof, providing for supervision and control of the Authority or any project, and containing such other covenants, terms and conditions as the Authority may deem advisable.
