CHAPTER 310 HOUSING
State Housing Act.

No statement of amendment to the articles of incorporation of a housing corporation shall be filed by the Secretary of State unless it shall have endorsed thereon, or be accompanied by a certificate of the approval of the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
