CHAPTER 310 HOUSING
State Housing Act.

Letting, sub-letting or assignment of leases of apartments in any building owned by or operated by a housing corporation at a greater rental than prescribed by order of the Illinois Housing Development Authority are prohibited, and all such leases, subleases or assignments shall be void for all purposes.
