CHAPTER 315 URBAN PROBLEMS
Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation Law.

"Development" means specific work repair or improvement to put into effect a Development Plan. The term includes the Real Property, buildings and improvements owned, constructed, managed or operated by a Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation.
