320 ILCS 25/3.10: Regulations.

"Regulations" includes both rules promulgated and forms prescribed by the applicable Department. In this Act, references to the rules of the Department on Aging or the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, in effect prior to July 1, 2012, shall be deemed to include, in appropriate cases, the corresponding rules adopted by the Department of Revenue, to the extent that those rules continue in force under Executive Order No. 3 of 2004.
