CHAPTER 320 AGING
Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities Property Tax Relief Act.

Eligibility to receive a grant pursuant to this Act shall not be affected by participation in the "Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Act", veto overridden November 2, 1983.
