The Auditor General of the State shall conduct a follow-up evaluation of the system established under this Act, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the system in providing services that enhance the capacities of families throughout Illinois to meet the special needs of their eligible infants and toddlers, and provide a report of the evaluation to the Governor and the General Assembly no later than April 30, 2002. Upon receipt by the lead agency, this report shall be posted on the early intervention website.
