325 ILCS 20/8: Authority to promulgate rules and regulations.

The lead agency shall develop rules and regulations under this Act within one year of the effective date of this Act. These rules shall reflect the intent of federal regulations adopted under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (Sections 1431 through 1444 of Title 20 of the United States Code).
