325 ILCS 3/1-11: Rights; privileges; protections.

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any rights, privileges, or protections afforded to students in early childhood education and care programs, including undocumented students, under the School Code or any other provision of law shall not terminate upon the effective date of this Act.
