A provider of electronic communications services or remote computing services who violates this Act by failing to register under Section 10 is subject to a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $500 for each day that the violation continues. The Attorney General may bring an action in the name of the People of the State of Illinois to enforce the provisions of this Act.
