325 ILCS 5/11.2a: Disclosure to extended family member.

Upon request, an extended family member interviewed for relevant information in the course of an investigation by the Child Protective Service Unit may receive appropriate information about the findings and actions taken by the Child Protective Service Unit to ensure the safety of the child or children who were the subjects of the investigation.
