CHAPTER 330 VETERANS AND SERVICE MEMBERS
Veterans' Monument Protection Act.

Upon discovering that metal from the grave marker of a veteran is missing, a cemetery official shall notify the local law enforcement agency and, if possible, the family of the deceased veteran.
