330 ILCS 126/20: Notice of decisions to terminate eligibility.

CHAPTER 330 VETERANS AND SERVICE MEMBERS
Veterans' Health Insurance Program Act of 2008.

Whenever the Department decides to either deny or terminate eligibility under this Act, the veteran or spouse shall have a right to notice and a hearing, as provided by the Department by rule.
