CHAPTER 330 VETERANS AND SERVICE MEMBERS
Veterans' Health Insurance Program Act of 2008.

The Department, by rule, shall set forth requirements concerning co-payments and monthly premiums for health care services. This cost-sharing shall be based on household income, as defined by the Department by rule, and is subject to alteration by the Department as set forth in subsection (b) of Section 10.
