CHAPTER 330 VETERANS AND SERVICE MEMBERS
Illinois Service Member Civil Relief Act.

The lapse or forfeiture of an individual life insurance policy insuring the life of a service member who enters military service shall be subject to Section 224.05 of the Illinois Insurance Code.
