35 ILCS 200/11-125: Department rules on railroad assessments.

The Department may adopt rules and regulations as it considers necessary to carry out the provisions of Sections 11-70 through 11-120. The rules and regulations when adopted, if not inconsistent with this Code, shall be as binding and of the same effect as if contained in this Code.
