35 ILCS 200/18-200: School Code.

A school district's State aid shall not be reduced under the computation under subsections 5(a) through 5(h) of Part A of Section 18-8 of the School Code or under Section 18-8.15 of the School Code due to the operating tax rate falling from above the minimum requirement of that Section of the School Code to below the minimum requirement of that Section of the School Code due to the operation of this Law.
