35 ILCS 200/21-255: County clerk's books and records - Prima facie evidence.

The books and records of the county clerk, or copies thereof, certified by the clerk, shall be prima facie evidence to prove the sale of any property for taxes or special assessments, the redemption of the property, or payment of taxes or special assessments thereon.
