35 ILCS 200/8-30: Witness fees.

The fees and mileage reimbursements of witnesses attending any hearing held by the Department under this Code, pursuant to subpoena, shall be the same as those of witnesses in civil cases in the circuit court. The fees and mileage reimbursements shall be paid by the State.
