Duration of Lien. The lien provided herein shall continue for 20 years from the date of filing the notice of lien under the provisions of section 1103 unless sooner released, or otherwise discharged. The provisions of this amendatory Act of 1984 shall apply to any lien which has not expired on or before the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1984.
