CHAPTER 35 REVENUE
Mobile Home Local Services Tax Enforcement Act.

The books and records of the county clerk, or copies thereof, certified by the clerk, shall be prima facie evidence to prove the sale of any mobile home for taxes, the redemption of the mobile home, or payment of taxes thereon.
