40 ILCS 5/1-103.2

The amendatory provisions of this amendatory Act of 1987 which provide for benefit increases effective July 1, 1987 or January 1, 1988 are intended to be retroactive to the dates specified therein, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1-103.1.
